6. Non-edible Decoration and Candle Warning

Decorations and candles are for display purposes only, and certain candles are not suitable for children. Use under adult supervision is advised.

7. Cake Palace Products

Product descriptions such as sponge types, ingredients, and design notes are outlined. Wedding cakes require a 7-day notice, and cake sizes may vary.

8. Assignment

You cannot transfer your rights under these Terms without written consent from us, while we can transfer or subcontract our obligations with notice..

11. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, subject to stock availability. If a pricing error occurs, we will inform you and give the option to reconfirm or cancel.

12. Picture Cakes

Customers are responsible for providing large, high-quality images. Cake design must be checked upon collection, as errors cannot be corrected after leaving the shop.

13. Gift Cards

Gift Cards can be used in-store or online, up to three cards per online transaction. Gift Cards must be treated like cash, and Egg free Cake is not liable for lost or stolen cards.

14. Delivery Terms

Delivery drivers will attempt to contact you if no one answers. If delivery fails, the order will return to the store, and redelivery will incur additional charges. Cakes must be inspected upon delivery, and damage must be reported immediately with photographic evidence.
