Delivery Eligibility
Delivery is available only to eligible addresses within an 8-mile radius of the Cake Palace shop at 626 Staniforth Road, Darnall. The checkout address check provides the final availability result.

Delivery orders require at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day delivery is not available.

How Delivery Works

- Enter the full delivery address during checkout.
- Allow the checkout to validate the address against the 8-mile delivery area.

- Make sure someone is available to receive and inspect the cake.
Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
The driver will attempt to use the contact information supplied with the order. If no one is available, access is not possible or the address is incorrect, the cake may be returned to the shop. Redelivery is not guaranteed and may require an additional charge.
Receiving the Cake
- Provide a complete and accurate address, including flat or unit details.
- Keep the telephone available near the selected delivery time.
- Inspect the cake when it arrives.
- Report visible damage promptly and keep photographs and packaging where possible.
- Refrigerate and handle the cake according to the product guidance.
