Same-Day Click & Collect
Selected eligible cakes can be ordered online for same-day collection and may be ready within one hour. Wait for the order-ready email before travelling to the shop.
Local Cake Delivery
Delivery is available to eligible addresses within an 8-mile radius of our Darnall shop. Delivery orders require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Important Allergen Information
Cake Palace is strictly 100% egg-free and does not use or handle eggs. Nuts, peanuts, gluten, wheat, milk, dairy and soya are handled on the premises. Nut-free and gluten-free products cannot be guaranteed free from cross-contact.
Contact the bakery before purchasing when an order depends on an allergy. Our cakes are made without gelatine or alcohol. Cake Palace describes its cakes as Halal but is not certified by an external Halal certification organisation.

Where is Cake Palace Sheffield?
Cake Palace is at 626 Staniforth Road,Darnall, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, S9 4LN. This is our only physical shop.What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM. Sunday: 12:00 PM–7:00 PM. Public-holiday hours may vary.
Can I ask about a cake before ordering?
Yes. Call or email us about cake availability, product options, personalisation, preparation time or allergens before placing the order.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact Cake Palace as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations are possible only before preparation begins and depend on the order status and timing. Personalised or already-prepared cakes cannot be cancelled or refunded because the customer changes their mind.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
No. Same-day availability applies only to selected eligible Click & Collect cakes. Delivery orders require at least 24 hours’ notice.
